I am a professional & successful Life & Wellness Coach with an EMCC Global Accreditation. I am Janice and I am a great wife, a mother of 2 brilliant adult children and a dog lover. My aim as a Life Coach is for me to empower and inspire you to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

Why am I an enlightened life coach?
It is because I now understand my lifestyle through coaching which has enabled me to progress in life in a positive way by not following my old-fashioned false beliefs and assumptions.

My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behaviour. I am going to work collaboratively with you as my client to help you identify your strengths, overcoming your limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving your goals.
